Steps to consign:

1. E‐mail clear images as well as description (e.g. artist, title, year of execution, measurement, provenance) of the property (in the category which 33 Auction offers auction sale) you wish to consign to 33 Auction's specialist at . You can also use the contact form on 33 Auction website to upload the images and the description

2. We will contact you to inform you the suitability of the property. If the property is found to be suitable, we will discuss the valuation and walk you through the consignment process

3. Sign and return to us the Consignment Agreement  

4. After the auction we will issue a Settlement Statement and remit to you the amount due 35 days after the auction ended, provided the buyer has made full payment for your property*

* In the event that your property has not been sold, we would provide you with a Statement detailing the amount due to 33 Auction together with payment instructions.

Standard fees (in Singapore dollars) are as follows:

1. Illustration : $200-500/item, depending on the number of pages

2. Insurance: 1% of the reserve price or hammer price whichever is higher

3. Local pick‐up/delivery is at the expense and risk of the consignor and clients deal in principle directly with the transporter/forwarder/delivery company. 33 Auction can assist at the consignor’s request in making the necessary arrangements:  
$40/item/trip for lots not requiring special handling
Extra charges for bulky lots or items requiring special care apply
Transport insurance is at the expense of the consignor

4. Shipping: quotation is on a case‐by‐case basis

5. Commissions: 10% on the hammer price
