Buyer's Premium:

A Buyer's Premium will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.


The buyer's premium is 20% on the first SGD 250,000 of the hammer price of each lot plus 15% on the amount in excess of SGD 250,000.


Online Bidding:

For your convenience, you may use 33 Auction mobile apps to leave your bid before the sale or bid live during the sale. Alternatively, you may also use our partner's online bidding platform to leave your bid before the sale or bid live during the sale (if available). Successful bidding via our partner's online platform maybe subjected to a service fee: HiBid 0% of hammer price; Invaluable: 5% of hammer price.



Lots indicated in the catalogue with the sign + before the lot number will have GST charged on the hammer price and will be payable by the buyer.


Bidding Pre-Registration:

If you are a first time bidder in our auction, we strongly encourage that you pre-register 48 hours before the auction to allow sufficient time to process the information. As a first time bidder, you will be required to produce the following documents to register:


Individuals: photo ID (driving licence, national identity card, or passport) and, if not shown on the ID document, proof of current address, for example a utility bill or bank statement.

Corporate clients:
certificate of incorporation.

Trusts, offshore companies, and other business structures:
please contact 33 Auction.

Agents acting on behalf of other parties:
identification documents for yourself and the other party, together with a signed letter of authorisation.


New clients, clients who have not made a purchase from 33 Auction within the last three years, and those wishing to spend more than on previous occasions will be asked to supply a bank reference or make deposit payment.


If you are attending the auction in person, please complete and return to us via fax or email the following pre-registration form. You may also register during the auction preview. Clients who have previously bidded in our auction may continue to register on the auction day.

If you are not able to attend the auction in person and would like to leave an absentee bid or telephone bid, please fill up this absentee bidding form and return to us at least 24 hours before the auction.

Payment must be made within seven calendar days of the sale and may be made by telegraphic transfer direct to 33 Auction Pte Ltd's bank account. Please include your name and invoice number with your instructions to your bank. Payment can also be made by Singapore Dollar's banker's drafts (drawn on a recognised Singapore bank). Although personal and company cheques are accepted, you are advised that property will not be released until such cheques have cleared.
